I choose a painting that really resonates with me for that time, then I go out into nature and I write. A letter about the piece and what it means to me, a poem, and journal prompts and affirmations that I hope will guide you on your own personal development journey.
Mindset work is a huge part of my day-to-day practice and it has made a world of difference for me when it comes to anxiety and depression. Prioritizing mental health is at the heart of everything I do, and I hope these envelopes act as a reminder to prioritize self care and to realize just how worthy and loved you are.
